This Department strives to build bridges to connect communications of English speakers and Japanese speakers heart to heart between business to business and person(s) to person(s).

We are based in the western part of Japan, providing interpretation/translation services. In addition to quality that our clients highly value, we help build bridges and have heart-to-heat communicate in various international business scenes, academic occasions, art exhibitions and many other occasions. We contribute to the development and advancement of societies through our services.

  • Interpretation

    According to a size of a meeting/conference, agenda, number of people who require interpretation, we arrange interpreters and necessary equipment including simultaneous interpretation equipment. We can accommodate various kinds of interpretation needs ranging from simultaneous interpretation, whispering interpretation to consecutive interpretation.

  • Translation

    We translate documents of a wide spectrum of genres, ranging from general documents; manuals; specifications; to patent specifications; agreements; presentation materials; advertisement; academic papers; IT communication documents; those related to key industries such as automotive, machinery, construction, energy, and food; medicine; pharmaceutical drugs; biotechnology; and ecology. Expert translators always meticulously meet specific needs/requirements of customers.

Process Flow

  1. 1Quote / Pricing Inquiry by e-mail, phone or meeting.

    For interpretation:
    Please contact us by giving us a simple inquiry, “We need interpretation for XX”.

    For translation: Please send us material(s) to be translated, in advance. We will review it to figure out an overall workload to develop a quotation.

  2. 2Quote

    Based on the initial discussion, a quotation will be developed. When both parties come to agreement on price and other conditions, clients are requested to sign and put a stamp seal at the bottom of the quotation. This finalizes the order.

  3. 3Pre-meeting for Interpretation

    In Pre-meeting(s), details are discussed including the time and place to meet on the day of the interpretation, briefing for interpreters, timing of material availability, and other important matters.

  4. 4Interpretation on site / translation

    Interpretation is performed as per the agreement on predesignated day(s).
    Translation work begins with the texts received in advance.

  5. 5Delivery

    Interpretation concludes as the event the interpreter supports ends that day.
    Translation closes with the data delivery.
